The Highland Shores Association (HSA) – where the woods meet the water – is  a private beach association nestled along the shores of southwest Michigan in Sawyer. Our area is part of Harbor Country, which makes up several small, unique beach towns.  HSA was established in 1988 as a condominium association creating  a total of 42 lots with a combination of lakefront and non-lakefront properties.  All Co-Owners enjoy nearly 800 feet of private beach access, beautiful wooded common areas, gorgeous sunsets and all the small-town charm.
