- Trash pick up is every Wednesday
- Recycle is every other Tuesday
Do not bungee cord the lid closed; use a rock or other heavy object that will easily come off the top.

Observed Holidays
If the Trash & Recycle Pick-up Day falls ON or AFTER the Observed Holiday, pick-up is pushed one day behind.
For 2026, the only holidays affected will be Memorial Day (trash pick up on Thursday May 28th) and Labor Day (recycle pick up on Wednesday, Sept. 9th and trash pick up on Thursday September 10th).

Oversized Items
The drivers are not allowed to get out of the trucks.
- Large cardboard boxes need to be broken down and/or cut down and placed inside the can.
- Broken beach chairs and umbrellas can be left on top of the can and will most likely be taken, but no guarantee.
- For Unusual Sized Items, such as Christmas trees, Stand Up Paddle Boards, mattresses, etc., Co-Owners need to call and schedule a pickup. A fee will apply and can be paid over the phone via credit card.
